I just checked my wife in a few hours ago and we are both so impressed. The facility is very secure. The building is well kept but the best part of Ridgewood, is the staff! What a great group of people. My wife needed quite a bit of help to get settled in, but they all helped her get everything she needed and did it with welcoming smiles and patience. Dinner was very nice. We weren’t here in time to order dinner, but they knew she was coming and had a dinner ready for her, so she didn’t go hungry. Just super thoughtful.

The nurses were great! I'm sorry I don't remember their names cuz I just met them but they made Moms 1st night great... got her a fan, extra things for the room. I'm happy so far with they're care!

I visited Ridgewood for the second time today with my Therapy Dog. We were warmly welcomed by staff and enjoyed visiting and bringing smiles to both short and long-term residents. We also greatly enjoyed the courtyard, a beautiful and secure outdoor space.

Some staff were good, but for the most part this place was horrible. They were very negligent in carrying for my dad. Dirty bedsheets for more than 3wks, improper communication

Katherine Mckenny's profile photo

You try calling this place and nobody answers the phone. And then if you are lucky you get through to the first floor the phone will just ring on the other floor nobody picks up the phone 🤬this place is terrible who ever is in charge is doing a terrible job ! I have been going through this same problem trying to get through to a love one for many years now and just tired of the lack of someone not doing anything about it.
